CONPIN CPTLD series floor buried hot water heating convector maybe installed below floor to help the client to save installation space, as its name implies. CPTLD adopts primary grade TP2 seamless copper tube and corrugated aluminum fin. The heating convector features high reliability, long service life, and very high heat transfer efficiency. Even more, such heating convector enjoys merits such as high water pressure resistance, compact in size, light weight, and fast temperature rise during start up. This series of heating convector is required to equip with manual temperature regulating valve. CPTLD series convertor is suitable to be used in airports, indoor stadiums, train stations, long corridors and halls, etc. The copper tube applied in CPTLD series heating convector is 100% eddy current inspected. Precise tube-fin expanding is processed to minimize the tube-fin contact resistance. The copper tube ends are welded with shielding gas, the weld joint is smooth in both external and internal tube sides. The product’s break down pressure > 3.0MPa, and the working pressure is designed to be 2.0MPa. The heat exchanger enjoys good reliability, and enjoys good corrosion resistance on the water side.
Installation Guide:
1. Specify the convector’s installation position and height; make sure the top of the convector is 45mm below the floor surface;
2. Drill the installation holes based on the mounting holes’ position, and use M8 expansion bolts to mount the convector;
3. Install the manual temperature regulating valve to control the heating convector’s heating capacity and water pressure drop. The main inlet water valve is required to be installed for maintenance or replacement purpose in the future;
4. Following the the previous steps, please open the hot water inlet valve and the air vent to make the hot water to flow through and to make sure the air inside the heat exchanger to escape from the tube.
